Angela,
That's a good question and I see there is no way (as we speak) to know the
level of conformance right from the technique page; though there is a
section titled "applicability" and link to respective SC.

But it would be certainly worth level of conformance along with
applicability SC link. Something we should bring it to AG Working Group's
notice.
