If the page is coded correctly, using the same procedures I explained
in my book for DHTML menus, there is *likely* no harm for Win/IE
users. The head of each menu is a link to a separate page listing the
links in the menu. I think there could be an incompatibility when you
get into a:active and a:focus vs. a:hover.

In any event, DHTML is not the only game in town. But it is clear we
don't have a method with across-the-board compatibility.
