Hi,
The answer to the question depends on which screen reader your user has. If it's JAWS, for example, the JAWS Help has instructions for this. If it's NVDA, there is an add-on you can get that runs on the server that feeds the information the user needs on their end to them. I do not have the direct link to that add-on.

Im facing the challenge of preparing an accessible work station for a
Citrix (server based) user. Would you have any suggestions how we could
turn the program she has to work with accessible for her although it is
located on some far server?
