How to become a DHS "Trusted Tester"?

Following up, I asked the DHS Accessibility Helpdesk when the Trusted
Tester training will be updated to reflect the Section 508 refresh and got
the following response:

The training has not been updated to reflect the new TT 4.0 test process.

So, I interpret that to mean that the training remains the same, and they
don't consider there to be enough functional difference between the old and
new Section 508 to warrant changing what they've already developed.
