Karen,

I get a request for a font resizing widget pretty regularly. The
solution I have come up with is the three As linking to a page
explaining how to increase font sizes, for example

http://www.balancefba.org/how-to-zoom/

So far everyone likes this solution. If you can talk your client into it
please feel free to use the content.
