When NVDA speaks the Language name instead of the text, this is a hint
that you need to find a synthesiser which supports the language name
that was spoken.

Vocalizer or Acapela synthesizers may provide the language support you
need.

Do you have synthesizers for the appropriate languages available to
NVDA? Also, I am not sure if NVDA does automatic language switching when
using PDF documents.
