Derek Featherstone's talk at CSUN I saw years ago showed an example, with "flippable" cards on a car-selling website. I'm not sure if he has the code but a fake one could be built. Sighted uses saw the word "flip" but the button's job was to expose more car details, so it was called something like "details" or "get more details".
