Dave, that would be a valid point if we were talking about the US. But
since Karthik's original question contained a phone number with an Indian
country code (+91), I'm guessing any laws passed regarding the *Americans*
with Disabilities Act probably don't apply. Just like if I hired a builder
in the US, I wouldn't expect them to know about any British or Indian
building codes.
