PDF Dynamic Forms (i.e. forms that rely on XFA coding) cannot be edited
using Acrobat Professional.

I'm not sure of the solution for the specific radio button case you cite.

However, I know that different versions of LiveCycle will produce
different quality PDFs with different degrees of accessibility. So one
thing to check: are you using the last version of LiveCycle (ES 4, I
think)? And have you installed the accessibility update to that version
that adds an accessibility checker macro into the menu?
