Subject: problem with radio buttons in a dynamic PDF form

Good afternoon
We experience the following problem when creating dynamic forms using
Adobe Lifecycle designer.
When using radio buttons all radio buttons are reported as checked
until you check one in the group.
Both Jaws and NVDA report all unchecked radio buttons as checked.
This occurs only when designing dynamic forms.
Could this be corrected using Adobe Acrobat professional?
Is there anything we can do to correct this issue?

PDF Dynamic Forms (i.e. forms that rely on XFA coding) cannot be edited
using Acrobat Professional.
I'm not sure of the solution for the specific radio button case you cite.
However, I know that different versions of LiveCycle will produce
different quality PDFs with different degrees of accessibility. So one
thing to check: are you using the last version of LiveCycle (ES 4, I
think)? And have you installed the accessibility update to that version
that adds an accessibility checker macro into the menu?

We are using s4 but we may not have the update yet. My client is
