Hi Greg,
You have to email the Accessibility Help Desk from the website and ask to enroll. Enrollment begins upon receipt of the email notification. You will find all the details how to access the courses and all the important information. You must complete all the lessons and pass the Trusted Training exam prior to take the Trusted Tester Certification Exam.
The help desk is very helpful and you can call and ask too. Good luck!
