Yes, this would be good. The BATS (Blind Accessibility Test) is one of its
goals in creating content of this nature. There is more than I think the
average person think we can do.

If no such thing exists, I feel it would be a very worthwhile endeavour for
some of us to collaborate on creating such a list. It would be good to pin
down exactly how much of an audit a blind tester could reasonably be
expected to carry out.
