Right on Joe. That's why my comment about the Sec508 also include "State
and Local" governments. Schools sometimes fall into those categories
State and Local also falls under Title II of the ADA whereas higher ed is
Title III
I can certainly see a higher ed organization requesting a Sec508 VPAT.
