To be pedantic: due to a quirk in how it was written, 1.4.10 only
applies *at* the exact viewport sizes of 320 CSS px for vertical content
/ 256 CSS px for horizontal content

Zooming (using actual browser zoom) has the effect of changing the
browser's viewport CSS pixel measurements.
