As an FYI there is a disability collection on Getty -- but these images come at a price although they are royalty free. I agree it would be good to have more in the commons and especially ones of adults with disabilities (as I've found most to be of children).

Hi Everyone!
Today I am launching a continuance of the "#Role Model Challenge on twitter and LinkedIn!" We need more images in the Creative Commons that represent those of us who are blind, visually disabled, have learning, cognitive or print disabilities or who use alternate input devices or communication boards. Without role models in inclusive education and employment, we will continue to be seen as less than equal. Here are more details and why I started this challenge today.

Please share the #RoleModelChallenge and the link for more information!
Cheers, Karen
