You need to fix the red / white contrast, which is currently 4.1:1. Once it is 4.5:1 or higher, there is no contrast requirement between the button and the background. So just make the red a bit darker.

Subject: [WebAIM] WCAG Non-Text contrast
Hi everyone,
I am working on a project where We have red (#E62600) button on a blue
(#323264) background. The red button is having white text> Now the white is complaints against the red but the red button color is not complaints against the blue background.
Now the question is, do we have to consider making the red button complaint against the blue background as per 1.4.11 non-text contrast. My thought about this is, since the white is complaintson red we should good to go.
Looking for some thought here.
