hello:
I have a few answers to this.

first if they are creating the videos in-house do they have a script if so
the process is so much easier. and faster. I typically take about 30 minuts
to edit captions for a 20 minute video with an existing script. I
recommend cadets from the national media access group at wgbh. it's
accessible and powerful and best of all it's free. Please give me a call
and I can walk you through my processes to describe what to do in what
circumstance. lucy
