The adidas site has focusable elements (they're links). I didn't see an
obvious :hover style but when I turn on "hover" in the code inspector, the
new image appears. If there is a :hover state in the CSS, you can add a
:focus state too so that you get the same image whether you hover over or
tab to the link.

Both images (hovered and non-hovered) have alt text so that's good.
