The "Skip to Landmarks and Headings" browser extension supports the Bypass
Blocks requirement of WCAG by providing keyboard support for viewing and
navigating to selected landmarks and headings on any web page. It also
provides everyone with a high level outline of the landmarks and headings
of a page to quickly scan the content of a web page, including users of
screen readers.
