Hi Kathy,

So WAVE is telling you there are there, and yes it is annoying if you are using a screen reader to hear, list, list, list for one item, 5 items, one item, etc. The headings are good, and they show the section, so the multiple lists would be an annoyance. If you can change it, great. If not, then it isn't the worst thing that could happen (that would be no headings or wrong headings). I work with many auditors with disabilities, and some use screen readers. They have indicated (they are the experts, I don't use a screen reader every day all day) that this is an annoyance, when we have come across this kind of list, list, list...

Just my 2 Canadian cents!
