WordPress - do screen reader users still need the classic editor?

<p>I am working on a WordPress blog site for a screen reader user
(JAWS 2022). <br>

<p>Have the Gutenberg block issues been resolved or should I set the
site up with the Classic Editor? <br>

I'm guessing Classic Editor. Any change since then?<br>
