i regularly use Jira but not the cloud version. except for tagging and some other functions in edit fields that use a list at the end of the DOM for suggestion completions I find editing tickets OK.
Our accessibility team has a “dashboard“ that includes a pie chart at the top that is fully accessible. Perhaps, if you'd like to get together we can write an article on JIRA accessibility and post it to the bats website.
