That's me.

Although it wasn't intended as a public (ie, outside of my department)
document, it would be of benefit to my coworkers to know where it came from.
However, I am too busy right now to add that so I will just post the
document to the server.

I just noticed that I had made significant modifications to the document and
split it into two documents. You can find the Guide to Authors of Accessible
PDFs document (for people who compose the document) at

ePDFs.zip and the Guide to Editors of Accessible PDFs document (for the
people who take the documents and make the PDFs from them) at
