Does your survey want to hear about organizations that use third party remediation vendors?
We've got a couple of third party software tools and more customized vendors that we use so we can focus more intently on our web based duties and less on the complexity of PDF.
We've found it's more efficient and less resource (financially and human) to use third party vendors for remediation.
Our university has gone from over 12,000 to about 2000 PDF's since 2018 which has been great, but people still want to create PDF's for some reason.
As a totally blind person I just hope we can move all of our content to HTML where we can control the content without the need for remediation of PDF's. Know what I mean?
Cheers,
David
