Consistency is important - Can you change the wording so that the positive action is the one you want and keep the buttons the same way around but overall if the change means users are more likely to get the right one then go for it (in accessibility terms - this has a bearing for magnification and cognitive impairment. In usability you want users to make the right choice deliberately)
