Three Years to the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Agreement
(ESA) with DLT Solutions for HiSoftware, Inc. Web Accessibility Solutions Department
of Defense agencies to have easy procurement options for Web site accessibility
software.

NH - August 12, 2004 - HiSoftware, Inc. announced today that its Web
accessibility and content quality products will be available through FY 2007 to
Department of Defense agencies through a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the
Department of the Navy as part of the Department of Defense Enterprise Software
Initiative. The Enterprise Software Initiative is a joint DOD project to
develop and implement a DOD enterprise process to identify, acquire,
distribute, and manage enterprise software. This Blanket Purchase Agreement was
originally issued for a three year term in August of 2001 to DLT Solutions, a
GSA schedule holder for HiSoftware's full product line.
