Accessible Remote Connection software to connect MAC from Windows with Sound output

Hello list,

I am currently using UltraVNC which does not have sound output.
Anybody aware of any open source and free alternatives or to route
audio through any other forms which works with UltraVNC ? I have heard
of PulseAudio through SSH but that was for RPi though.
