Hai,

I was testing a drag and drop functionality.
Here, I have around 8 buttons within a dialog. I can arrange the
position of these buttons by dragging the same.
Based on that, the respective section arranges in the parent page.
In focus / forms mode , I am able to do that with space key and arrow
keys . But, not able to do the same in virtual / browse mode.
Even an instruction is given in the form of tooltip that user has to
use arrow keys and space key to do drag and drop. It even informs the
screen reader user that ehy have to switch to focus mode to do the
same .
On tab focus, screen reader user can listen to this instruction


So, is it enough to meet WCAG and even from a user perspective , is
the functionality ok ?
