Good morning,

I am seeking on guidance on requirements for educational/training videos. In this case, I have a series of very short (under one minute) videos that describe how to do something on line, such as find a specific report. The video begins with an animated character who narrates the video. The rest of the video is all screencast showing the actions in the computer interface. All the information the user needs is in the narration, i.e., there's no "follow the prompts on the screen." So, do we need to describe the animated character and the actions on the screen? (Example: a rectangle appears around the Next button.)
