Do we need to have a common flow between desktop and mobile?

Hi Everyone,

Greetings!

What is your thought that came to mind around the WCAG LEVEL A & LEVEL AA
regulation? Do we need to have a common flow between desktop and mobile?

One of my projects is something that does not currently apply on desktop we
have a one-pager, whereas, on mobile web, the flow is progressive (multiple
pages- Dialog inside Dialog).

Yes, we are using responsive designs.

We need to understand if this is compliant.
