The Technology Transformation Service is seeking input, participation, and
partnership with disability-focused organizations to design and deliver
products with people with disabilities.
The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Technology Transformation
Services (TTS) provides products and services that serve the American
public on a large scale, including Vote.gov, USA.gov, and the United States
Web Design System (USWDS). TTS would like to connect with people with
disabilities in order to improve the user experience of their work.

TTS’s government product and service delivery research teams strive to
engage with the public in ethical, equitable, and meaningful ways. To that
end, all participants can expect:
Fair compensation for their time and lived experience when participating in
research ($100/hr).

Their personal information will not be shared outside of the team working
with them.
A clear consent process and respect for their choices involving
participation and use of their information.

If you represent an disability community or advocacy organization and have
questions or would like to explore ways to engage with us in our outreach
efforts, please contact:
