Android And iOS Diagnostic Tools For Non-technical Testers

Hi,
PC and Mac screen readers have some ability to take a bit of a deeper look at behind the scenes attributes. On Mobile, I'm looking for a non-technical solution or solutions for testing things like the new target size requirements. Does anyone know of a way for someone with limited knowledge of code can do testing reliably for such requirements using native mobile with or without screen readers? This would be people who are not developers and who do not have access to source code.
