Do you have any experience dealing with the DHS trusted tester programs?
They have recently updated their course platform and I lost all my saved
progress. Reaching out to them yield no response.
Not sure how responsive their help desk is as I've been slowly
completing the course for past year without any problems.

I have heard from peers that the exams may have many technical errors and
difficulties.
