My
personal opinion is that as long as the user can resize the font for readability
purposes, I think that fixed width is fine (just don't use fixed height).
Secondly, if a user disables CSS and the layout uses only CSS (tabular data
in a table being the exception), then any layout method is moot (fixed, liquid,
fluid).
