this worked for me, put it within the <table> tag:
style="border-color: green;"

H E L P

I need to make a border in a table and in 4.0 and 4.01 it gives me an error
in the validation at W3C. it says that there is no bordercolor element. I
have searched for 2 days to figure out how to do this. can you or someone
help..
