Hi Steve,
Thanks again for your help.
What I have learnt - regarding a form within a table - is that I need to enter the text data twice: 1) in the cells; and 2) in the Title attribute of the INPUT element.
The above technique would _not_ concern other control types [1], except the INPUT type 'Text'.
