FlashPaper is flash, and any screen reader that is capable of reading
Flash can read FlashPaper.
JAWS has difficulty with Flash when the swf is viewed in IE directly.
If you make an HTML page that references the FlashPaper and then test
with JAWS, you'll have a better experience.
