There is a very good reason for not using "click here" as link text -
make sure that links make sense when read out of context.
So if i was using a screenreader and asked for all the links on a page
what is more helpful:
1. click here
2. click here
3. click here
or
1. Alt attribute
2. img tag
3. alternative text
