Excel 2000 Pivot tables with JAWS 4

If anyone can suggest a source to help answer this question, I would really
appreciate it.

Is there any way to get JAWS 4 to recognize (and open) the listboxes which
are used on Excel pivot tables to allow selection of the spreadsheet
dimensions? The programming behind these sheets retrieves data based on the
choice made from the listbox. If the listbox is opened with the mouse, JAWS
will appropriately pop up a dialog box with the values and allow selection
using arrows. But I just can't seem to find the keystrokes to get it to
open!
