Hi All,
I am currently testing an e-learning course which includes animated information. Animated content includes informative text which keeps on changing.
I am using JAWS 7.0, Flash player 8 and Internet Explorer for testing. JAWS fails to read the information presented in animated format. However, the course also has voiceover, which provides the animated information.
My problems are:
a.. I can not listen to both--voiceover and JAWS simultaneously.
b.. I can not turn off JAWS , as it is not possible to access the entire screen information with only the voiceover.
c.. And if I turn off the audio, I miss out on the information provided in the form of animation.
What do you all recommend for solving the issue?
Regards,
