Anyone know of or used a good Silverlight and/or Flash Accessibility tool that
you would like to recommend?

Thanks,

Yes. And possibly check against section 508 standards.

Thanks,

Don't know of any tools that check for Silverlight accessibility. Here are a
few tools for Flash:

ADesigner
http://www.eclipse.org/actf/downloads/tools/aDesigner/index.php

Flashbug
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashbug/

Inspect32
http://www-03.ibm.com/able/resources/accessible_tools.html (info about
inspect32)

Is it possible to make Silverlight accessible at all? Of course Flash and Silverlight will never be accessible on mobile devices and apple computers unless I'm mistaken.

I'd suggest using HTML5/JavaScript instead. Good luck!
