Two questions for a LiveCycle Designer form:

1. How do I indicate in a text field that the information typed on page
1 is to populate the "same" field on subsequent pages? For example if I have
a Full Name field on page 1 and want this information repeated on other
pages in the form, how would I do this?

a. As part of this, can I put this repeating field in the page header ?

2. How can I indicate that a field should expand for an abstract, for
example? If I have an abstract and want someone to enter 5,000 words or
less, what setting do I choose for the field to have that form field expand
so that when the form is printed, all of the text for that field is visible
and there are no scroll bars?

I haven't looked in the Help for LCD yet.

Can I do any of this in Acrobat? I wouldn't think so although using
"duplicate field" might accomplish the first objective?

Am off to try some settings. Any help is appreciated.

Oh, and an unrelated question: Is there any reason why text placed on a page
of a form would not Tag? The entire form is created in LCD but some of the
text/instructions are not being tagged.

Cheers, Karen

I found a video on Adobe TV:

ds/
For the expandable text fields.

Am now looking for the information on repeating or repetitive fields.
