Please bookmark - it should save you time building accessible tables.

Unfortunately, it does not cater for more complex table structures that use
rowspan or colspan, but it's a start!

PS - If anyone else wants to include this tool in their own site, they are
more than welcome, as long as the appropriate credit/link is given

That's a very complex table!!! Perhaps a linear text version would be
better for a screen reader.
