I'm trying to find information about Panopto Lecture Capture (www.panopto.com/lecture-capture). Are any of you familiar with this? How is its accessibility? Captioning? Thanks.

Automatic Sync Technologies (AST) captions Panopto.

We have used AST for video transcription and captioning for several years with very good results. Have not used them for Panopto, but their website provides a good overview of their Panopto captioning services:

Dow - according to its website http://www.panopto.com/lecture-capture#record, "508 compliant captioning is one mouse-click away with Panopto's transcription services." So, it MUST be Section 508 conformant and totally accessible! I'd be interested to hear what you learn if you find anything from this company - always looking for new accessible multimedia tools.
