I am trying to determine if a document is accessible. When in the table of contents I hear the work link, but when I hit enter all speech stops and I have to get out of the document. I am using JAWS 14 on an XP machine. Should I be able to use insert F7 to do a list of links?

Yes. You should also be able to use JawsKey + F6 to list headings and
JawsKey + F5 to list form controls.

You should also check to make sure that the Link Tag is correct in the Tags
Tree. Sometimes, if a link isn't implemented correctly in the source
document or when added to an existing PDF document, you can navigate to it
using the mouse or keyboard, it appears in the list of links for AT but if
You try to activate it, nothing happens. This generally means that the Link
Tag is not correct and would be my first point of checking before looking at
any AT issues. Note that although you might be able to activate a link using
a mouse, it is not tagged correctly if you can't activate it using the
keyboard. Again, check the Link Tag to make sure that all components of it
are present.
