Google launched a "Web Fundamentals" course promoting a mobile-first responsive design approach. What's interesting is that it appears to build accessibility components as a best practice, because, after all, it makes for better websites. Among other issues, it promotes the use of alt tags, proper labeling of forms, and captioning.

As I am not a developer, I'd be curious to hear how others perceive this course.

FYI, Google also offers a "starter kit" that incorporates the fundamentals: https://developers.google.com/web/starter-kit/
