It looks like we'll have to wait another whole year for the Department of
Justice to to issue updated regulations for the Americans with Disabilities

While Title III has been pushed back until next summer, reginfo.gov still indicates that the Title II (State and local government) notice of proposed rulemaking was due at last month. That is the date has not yet been officially pushed back for Title II. Let's hope those will be out soon.
