When you say "business email", I'm guessing you mean "G Suite" (what
used to be Google Apps).
What have you done so far and what resets have you tried? Have you

Have you tried posting in the G Suite help forum?

Where exactly is the sticking point? There's not even really a
question in this post, so it's hard to help without more detail.
