We have a number of departments on campus who are struggle with the best way to create accessible PDF's that utilize fillable forms. One solution being explored is using Formstack in combination with WebMerge (https://www.formstack.com/integrations/webmerge). This particular department requires multiple signatures on many of their forms.

I have two questions for the group. First, does Formstack meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards? Secondly, are there accessibility issues with the Formstack/WebMerge workflow?
