Hai all,
I have doubt regarding hidden content.
If screen reader reads content which is not visible on screen for law
vision users, which SC it fall into?
One more doubt, why is it happens?

It depends on the content. For instance, if the contents of a closed
accordion drawer are still in the DOM, and any actionable elements in that
closed drawer still are in the focus order, it would be a violation of
1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence and 2.4.3 Focus Order.
If, however, that visually hidden content was an explanatory text intended
to provide information that is otherwise provided only visually, or that
may be difficult to discern without a visual context, then that text is not
a violation. What SC it would fall under would depend on the situation, but
could be 1.1.1 Non-text Content, 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions, or another.

Yes. For example, let's say there are several Read More links on a page.
They could go to the same or different destinations.
If those links go to different destinations, we add in visually hidden
text to them, so that screen reader users can understand that they are
all different links.
